A fully branded recruitment website that targets physician & nurse and other medical professionals to the County of Vulcan, Alberta CANADA.
This website is produced collaboratively by Vulcan Business Development Society and Vulcan Community Health Center.
challenge
Vulcan is the only medical practice within the County, which serves approximately 1,700 people, with a drawing population of approximately 7,000 people within the County.
With the growing demand for medical professionals in their community, the County of Vulcan seeks to attract young physicians, nurses and other medical professionals.
process
Attracting new staff from other cities, provinces, or countries demands the benefits of life/work balance. Especially for a rural and nurturing community like Vulcan and young professionals raising family, the quality of life comes first.
Medical Career in the Heart of Canadian West and the color scheme give exotic expression of this agricultural community.
result
I picked blue, navy and earthy wheat-gold for colour palette to achieve both clean, agricultural and professional mood.
Uploading contents process is currently on-going. Yet, got positive feedbacks by Vulcan Business Development Society.
